Tai Chi
Tai-Chi is a practiced routine of slow movements, balancing, breathing and meditation
that has many benefits for health and well-being.
Reduce stress, lower blood pressure, increase circulation and mental awareness,
learn self-defense moves, gain flexibility and muscle strength, improve balance
and coordination and become more self-confident.
Tai-Chi is for all ages, and can be modified or adapted to consider individual
health conditions or physical limitations.
The daily practice of Tai-Chi is an “inner journey” of self, seeking harmony with the
body, mind and spirit.

Qi Gong
Qi Gong is the practice of willfully manipulating the body’s “Chi”
(or life force) energy to benefit the body, mind and spirit through deep
full breathing, movements and mind intent.
Breath is life!
The flow of energy in the body occurs in specific pathways called meridians.
The focus of this art is to increase vital energy in the body,
lead it with the mind, and direct it with intention.
The many styles of Qi Gong originated in ancient China from the
martial artists and monks of the Shaolin temples.

Integrated Stretch
The importance of proper stretching is a key to
youth and energy.
This is a blend of gentle stretching, slow toning movements,
holds, yoga postures, elements of Tai-Chi, and meditation
preformed to soft, peaceful music.
The internal organs and the spine are massaged,
the circulatory system is enhanced, the immune system is improved
and oxygen is increased to the muscles while toxins are removed.
Stretching increases balance, coordination, strength and flexibility.
Relaxation techniques help reduce stress, create body awareness and peace of mind.
